These general terms govern access to and use of the ShootLog Stand service, provided by Candoit.be srl, comprising a member interface on an Android tablet and an online administration area.
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. The client may terminate it at the end of any calendar month, without notice, by notifying Candoit.be srl by e-mail. Candoit.be srl may terminate the contract in the event of a serious breach by the client not remedied within 15 days of notification, or upon 3 months' notice given by e-mail.
Current rates are published on www.shootlog.be. Prices are exclusive of VAT, per active member, per month. Rates may be adjusted annually based on the Belgian Consumer Price Index (CPI).
The service is invoiced monthly by direct debit. Any invoice unpaid by the due date automatically and without prior notice bears interest at 12 % per annum, together with a flat-rate compensation of €50. In the event of non-payment, Candoit.be srl reserves the right to suspend access to the service.
Candoit.be srl undertakes to deploy all reasonable means to ensure the availability and continuity of the service (best-efforts obligation). Its liability cannot be invoked in cases of force majeure, network outages, third-party failures, or any other event beyond its control.
In the context of the service, the club acts as data controller within the meaning of the GDPR; Candoit.be srl acts as data processor. Data is hosted within the European Union and is not transferred to third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, data subjects have the right to access, rectify and erase their personal data, to be exercised with the club.
This contract is governed by Belgian law. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brussels courts. The language of proceedings is French.
